Sometimes a puppy born at our home ends up with a "special name"  - - well, this guy has one heck of a story!

I was told by the vet that Phoebe was having ONE puppy.... long story short, she had the puppy at the vet's office and he sent us on our merry way.... and "Freeway" made his debut in the front seat of my car

while we were traveling the interstate home!  He is now known as 'Patriot's Life in the Fast Lane!"

UPDATE:  11/28/11

This handsome puppy is staying RIGHT HERE with us! 

We've changed his call name to "Cruise" and look forward to watching him grow up!
