ABOUT THE "BRODY-BOY!"
"Brody" was the pick puppy from our first litter and he has grown to make us proud!  Maturing quickly, he finished his championship easily in 10 shows at just over a year of age - - including winning 4 majors from the puppy class and going Best of Breed from the classes over a special to earn his championship title!  He was breeder-handled by Kathy for all of his points, but his success was a true team effort as Bob and Linda did wonderful work keeping his coat in condition, training him and socializing him properly.

"Brody" has an amazing, fun-loving temperament.  He is a sound moving dog with a beautiful topline and tail carriage; nice substance; a gorgeous, lush coat; black eyes; and a shorter loin.   All of his health testing has been completed and is entered in the PWDCA Health and Litter database. 

"Brody" has been shown only a few times as a special since finishing his championship.  He made it through two cuts at the PWDCA National Specialty in the fall of 2009 -  which made us very proud!  He is the love of all who meet him and, like his mother, is a great Ambassador for the breed!  

Brody has a champion daughter, Champion Calypso's Anchors Away, bred by Lou Allingham, and a champion son, Champion ClasSea's MJ Blk R Wht Thriller, bred by Tabby Thompson.  Cynthia Suszycki is also currently showing a beautiful Brody daughter in bred-by, Great Lakes Fisherman's Dreamboat.

Brody passed away from hemangiosarcoma and is sadly missed by his loving owners, Bob and Linda Ridderikhoff of Michigan.
